PawsUpKC

PawsUpKC is a kid-powered philanthropy founded in 2018 by a 9 year old to help KC Animal Shelters. We raise donations, money, AND donate our time to read every week at the shelter. The first year we raised $325 in 1 week. In year 2 we sent 2 months fundraising and raised over $1,000. Our year 3 goal for 2020 is $6,000. This a big, ambitious number but we know we can do it.

To get to our goal we are fundraising ALL-YEAR and splitting this work into quarters. Every 3 months we will announce and disperse the money and donations we receive. To reach our target this means we have to hit at least $1,500. For some groups that’s not a lot of money but we are a group of KIDS and that’s a number we would be super proud of.

Monthly donations of at least $20 will be mailed a signed and numbered print of PawsUpKC kid, Calley’s artwork. Calley is 5 years old but her watercolors are AMAZING. If you donate $20 every month for all of 2020, that means you would receive 12 signed and limited edition prints in the mail. Calley’s wants to help the philanthropy and have her art hung in people’s homes. So helping PawsUpKC will do just that! We’re happy to send her art as a gift to people who support us.
