I enjoy sharing what inspires and nurtures well-being. I deeply believe in inner knowledge, and in the idea that our environment is what keeps it alive. Offering that spark that might illuminate something beautiful—whether a thought or a piece of art that can positively touch someone’s life, even if only for a moment.
I am a mother of three. I don’t have much free time, but I look for space in my days to express something that nourishes both mind and heart.

It is an audiobook and several eBooks created by me, inviting self-knowledge, introspection, expression, and personal growth. My intention is to keep them free, as I don’t really have the financial resources for promotion, nor the time to actively share them.
